Breakfast Acai Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3rd of an avocado
  • pinch of vanilla extract
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp dried açai powder
  • 1/2 cup of water (or favourite nut milk)
  • 1 scoop protein powder of your choice (optional)
  • * Note: add less liquid if you prefer more ice creamy texture.

Instructions

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender (i use the Vitamix)

2. Pour in a bowl & add your favourite toppings:

• remaining 1/2 of banana (slice up)

• fresh blue berries

• fresh raspberries

• chia seeds

• flaked coconut

• scoop of almond or peanut butter (optional)
