    I know that being a mother is the biggest blessing one can experience – but I also know, how busy life can get. And with the busyness of life & the juggling of life’s many responsibility’s, we can start putting everyone else’s needs before our own. Then before we know it – we don’t recognize the person looking back at us in the mirror.

    “I have failed to take care of myself after kids – not only on the outside but on the inside”

    Hi, I’m Deborah!

    I’ve helped hundreds of leaders (many of them moms) create a better life for themselves – one where health & happiness remains front and centre with how they live each and every day!

    But things didn’t always look this good – back when my kids were three & six years old, I was super busy, I was at the height of my career and had adrenal fatigue – and eventually adrenal burn out! I had poor sleep, felt ‘blah’ at work, cranky in my relationships and overall wasn’t happy in most areas of my life. I didn’t feel present, had constant to-do lists in my head, my life was always ‘go, go, go’ and was completely out of balance….BUT I had a super successful business giving me a life that most people would dream off. So on the outside things “looked amazing” but on the inside, I felt like my life was crumbling before me and I was miserable.  

    Although, I never thought I was “unhealthy” (I mean I exercised and ate ‘healthy’ – or so I thought)! Little did I know, that the way I was running my life, constantly being in a stressed state of being, was going to get the best of me.

    Thankfully, this is a distant memory now!

    So YES, you can create a lifestyle where you create balance with your family & your work life. It’s doable – I’ve done it & with a little guidance, you can do it too!

    The Lifestyle Upgrade is an intimate 1:1 coaching experience for exhausted + stressed out moms who want to reclaim their old self!

    What makes The Lifestyle Upgrade different from working with other health practitioners?

    The real answer? A LOT!

    From my own experience I worked with countless doctors, nutritionists, fitness professionals  and various healers and coaches, but many don’t focus on diet and the ones that do, exclude other critical lifestyle factors that are essential. I’ve never worked with anyone who’s combined ‘everything together.’

    So YES – contrary to what many believe, there is more to living a healthy lifestyle then diet and exercise alone! And after years of research, experimentation and reclaiming my own health back – I have carefully created this program to include what’s needed to FEEL your best.

    Here are some of the reasons this is different from anything you’ve seen:

      • I look at things holistically – going over not just the food on your plate, but the food off your plate (such as: your career, relationships, home environment, spirituality – as this all contributes to your well-being).

      • This is not just a ‘one off session’ and ‘away you go’ (if someone tells you they can fix everything in one session, I’d run the other way) – this is a program designed to help rid any bad habits and have you feeling more motivated, passionate and on FIRE to living a healthier & happier lifestyle!


      • Each person is unique therefore I don’t give a cookie cutter approach to everyone (although, I can give you a general outline). After doing a thorough assessment on where you are and where you’d like to be, I then customize my package according to your unique needs and desires.

      • I help motivate you every step of the way, so you feel loved on, supported and NOT alone! Many people feel like they have no one to talk to, but during the course of this program – I’m talking to you every week! 😉

    It’s hard to believe that it’s only been eight short weeks since you took on the challenge of guiding me through my health journey of personal growth and development.  At the start, I didn’t have high expectations because I didn’t understand the role of a health & lifestyle coach.  I also know how stubborn I could be and how set in my ways I am.   But I also knew that I HAD to change things in order to be leading a happier, healthier and more fulfilled life.  Not only for myself but also for my family and everyone around me who I care about and love.

    Eight weeks ago my life revolved around being a wife and a mother.  It was my focus and my only focus.  So much so, that I always put myself at the bottom of the totem pole, and the last on my priority list.  By the time the day was done, I had zero energy to do anything for myself, was too exhausted to care, and mad at the world that another day has gone by that everyone’s needs are taken care of except for mine.  My diet consisted of many skipped meals and bad choices for the meals I did have.  My sugar addiction was through the roof as it gave me instant gratification and was always readily available and easy to grab.  My sleeping patterns were terrible and sleep was always broken.  I had a lot of access weight I wanted to lose but didn’t bother doing anything about it.  All these amounted to negative energy, bad mood swings, and constant exhaustion.  I assumed that this is normal for any mother of 2 small kids.

    I knew what changes needed to be done, but I also had a long list of excuses as to why those small changes can’t be made today. These changes seemed like small, simple, and obvious.  But i didn’t even know where to start and how to go about making them.  And that’s when we started this journey…

    I can honestly, without a doubt, say that with your guidance, I am a new and improved version of myself.  I still have a lot of room for growth, but I’m also equipped with a new mindset that I know will push me to get to where I want to be.  You have led me through this journey with full support, understanding, patience, and motivation.  You have helped me break down big tasks into smaller, more manageable ones, which allowed me to push forward that much closer to my goal.

    It’s now eight weeks later and my sleeping routine is better.  Sugar no longer dominates my diet.  I am more conscious of what I eat.  I work out.  I have more energy.  My mind is clearer, and my mood is better.  Because of that, I’m a happier and calmer mother, wife, and friend…
