3 Ingredient Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 4 large bananas , mashed
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or more 😉
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180oC) and line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add in the oats and mix well to combine. Add in the chocolate chips.
3. Scoop 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto your cookie sheet and shape them to your liking.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cookies are golden on top and just set to the touch.
5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes!
As a busy mama – these are one of my favourite recipes to make! They’re not only healthy but they are quick to make AND the kids love them.
