And, for as long as I can remember – I have been passionate about health. At the age of 8 years old, I was already waking up at the early hours of 6am to start my morning routine with the ’20 Minute Workout’ on television.
Since then I have immersed myself in “all the things” pertaining to health; however, through many life experiences and my fair share of health challenges, I am here to share my story and what I have learned.
