I’ve went back and forth on whether I wanted to I’ve went back and forth on whether I wanted to share something so deep and vulnerable.

But the truth is, this has taken up years of my life that it’s too important not to talk about it.

I know people need to hear my story, so here we go..

In 2015 I had started to experience about 25 “mysterious” symptoms.

I suddenly went from working out 5 days/week to debilitating fatigue.

It took too much energy to talk.

I could barely form sentences - words weren’t flowing out of my mouth.

It took too much out of me to focus, concentrate and socialize.

I stopped going out.
I could barely drive without feeling like I was going to fall asleep at the wheel.
My vision was blurry.
I had trouble breathing.
Major insomnia.
Sensitivity to light (I had to wear sunglasses indoors)
My hair was falling out.
I was light headed most of the time.
I had horrible brain fog.
Depersonalization.
Migraines.
Eczema.
Puffy eyelids.
Joint pain.

Are we having fun yet? I could go on..

I had no choice but to walk away from a business that I had poured my heart and soul into for 8 years 💔

What was even scarier was that I had went from doctor to doctor trying to find out WHY these things were happening with NO answers in sight for nearly 4 years.

Can you imagine?

FOUR YEARS of not knowing what’s wrong..

I did blood test after blood test - results always came back as “normal”

Surely, something was wrong??

And, it made me realize how flawed our healthcare system was.

This was a huge walk up call to take matters into my own hands and become my own doctor.

I needed to get better.

I had two small kids relying on me.

After spending years and years of my life and hundreds upon thousands of dollars…

My answers came from a $20 book by @medicalmedium 

He was the first person that could explain what I was going through in such detail.

Tears were streaming down my face as I knew I had finally found the truth.

I started applying many of his protocols and for the first time…

Things were beginning to shift.

Symptoms started to slowly fade away.

For those experiencing anything similar.

There are real answers. We no longer need to stay confused or sick.

After the last two years many people are having th After the last two years many people are having this realization that something in their life needs to shift.

That what they’ve been doing no longer feels aligned and they’re starting to question whether there’s something better out there for them. 

It wasn’t too long ago that I found myself in this same situation - where work no longer felt fun, but forced.

And what was once comfortable and easy, suddenly became uncomfortable and hard.

This is when i started to dig deeper. I started to ask myself questions like:

What would I be doing with my life if time and money were no issue?

What feels exciting to me?

What would I love to create in the next 3-5 years?

What is something I can start today that would take me closer to my dream?

Because the things we’re excited about are not random, they’re connected to our purpose ♥️

No matter how hard things get. No matter how hard No matter how hard things get.

No matter how hard things feel.

If you keep pushing through & keep working on you - you can overcome the impossible.

Believe that you can & you will. 

Believe that you can’t & you’re also right.

80% of what you want in life is mindset - the other 20% is strategy.

So keep going 😃

And when you do tackle your biggest setbacks, you will look back at your past self and realize:

You feel lighter.

You feel stronger.

You feel happier.

And, you will have a new found appreciation for life - this is the gift! 

The ‘outside’ world and all of our problems may be chaotic right now - but our ‘internal’ state doesn’t have to feel this way.

This control lies within you.

Do you “should” on yourself? ▫️ I should Do you “should” on yourself?

▫️ I should be much further ahead
▫️ i should be making more money
▫️ I should hustle harder
▫️ I should go out even though I need to rest

The “shoulds” give us so much tension and stress.

Who can relate?

Perhaps we can change our perspective in order to help us feel empowered about our current circumstances instead? 

☑️ How about finding ONE thing to be grateful for - no matter how big or small it is. 

☑️ How about allowing ourselves to feel our emotions and using it as a guide to help us figure out what’s wrong?

☑️ How about letting go of expectations and appreciating how far we’ve come?

☑️ How about setting small attainable goals instead of big outrageous ones that are going to overwhelm us?

☑️ How about tuning into our body to see what we can and can’t handle? 

We place so many expectations on ourselves about how we’re suppose to be, feel, act and live - but the truth is, these are stories we create within ourselves.

How about just being ourselves and living life on our own terms?

How about not caring what anybody else thinks and loving ourselves where we are at?! 

How freeing would that be? 🤍
When we reflect back on the most challenging times When we reflect back on the most challenging times - we begin to realize that maybe they weren’t the ‘worst’ moments after all. We’ve grown. Got stronger. More resilient. And maybe have a new perspective on life?! 

Start looking at your challenges as blessings in disguise. You may not feel that way IN the moment - but one day, you will look back and appreciate that maybe it was thrown on your path to teach you something! Look for the lesson! :)

One of the most important things i’ve learned, is to slow down and enjoy every precious moment! 

Life changed that instant! 💛
I always considered myself a health conscious pers I always considered myself a health conscious person.

I mean, I ate healthy & exercised.

Isn’t that all there is to it? 

Unfortunately, I started to feel really run down and began to realize that there was so much more to the puzzle that I was missing.

I needed to look at things holistically and take into account the mind, body & soul. 

The food on our plate is key - but so is our emotional well-being and prioritizing our self care & sleep, that we often neglect.

This is what inspired me to write a memoir, titled: ‘6 Steps To A Healthier You; A Mom’s Healing Journey From The Inside Out’ 

It’s my hope that I can inspire the busy, overwhelmed mother to feel a little less alone and to know that change is within reach. It’s the little baby steps that we take a long the way that can move us to a more peaceful, grounded and happier state of being.

Over the years, i have really tuned into my body w Over the years, i have really tuned into my body when it comes to what type of exercise i’m needing and at what intensity.
.
Where as before, if i didn’t feel like i was about to have a heart attack when done….it wasn’t a ‘good enough’ workout! 🤪

Boy, have times changed!!
.
Over the last few years, i have learned that pushing myself beyond my limits didn’t = healthy. I have also learned that it’s OKAY to tone it down when I’m feeling physically exhausted.
.
This puts too much pressure on the adrenals and counteracts the benefits - keeping us stuck and not moving forward with our health.
.
Exercise is great but sometimes our bodies are craving movement with less stress. That’s what yoga’s done for me 🧘‍♀️
.
I feel so incredible once i’m done - more energy, clear mind and a feeling of calm.

I’m all about doing workouts that ‘feel’ good these days.

Don’t get me wrong, there will be a time and a place when i’ll be back at Orange Theory working my butt off (love those workouts), but for now - i’m giving myself permission to tone it down and do what feels best in the moment 💞
